Description

9 Southgate is an early 18th-century building that stands two storeys tall with attics. It is cement rendered and features a steep roof, now covered in Welsh slate, with stone verges and a brick stack on the right side. The building has a wooden eaves cornice and two windows with moulded surrounds, but no glazing bars. The ground floor has been cut back and is supported on the left by a modern column. This property is part of a group that includes Nos 7 to 11 (odd).
