Description
The lodge to Nocton Hall is an early 19th-century building featuring coursed rubble with ashlar dressings. It has a cruciform plan and stands one-and-a-half storeys tall, topped with a slate ridge roof and a single tall stack. The gables are barge boarded, and the structure includes quoins. Notable architectural features include two-light chamfered mullions and a similar oriel window supported by ashlar brackets. The doorway is marked by a four-centred brick arch and a panelled door, while above it, there is a single light chamfered casement in the central gable.
