Description

Old Ivy Farmhouse is a mid 18th century farmhouse located on the west side of Somersby Church Lane in Bag Enderby. The building is constructed of whitewashed mud and stud, topped with a pantile roof that features overhanging eaves. It has a single central ridge red brick stack and follows a lobby entry L-plan. The farmhouse is a single storey plus garret and consists of three bays. The central doorway is accompanied by an 18th century panelled door and is flanked by single glazing bar sash windows. A single circular tie plate is also present. At the rear, there is a similar single storey plus attic wing.
