Description

A house of 18th-century origin stands on the east side of Nichol Hill. It is two storeys high with attics. The upper storey is roughly rendered, while the ground storey is rendered to resemble carved stone. The roof features two modern dormers, and there are two modern windows. A band runs along the building. The ground floor has two windows with segmental arches and late 19th-century glazing. A moulded surround with a dentil cornice frames the four-panel door, the lower two panels being glazed. A plain passage door is located to the right of the main door, and a central brick stack is visible.
