GAUTBY TF 17 SE 3/15 Home Farmhouse G.V. II Incorrectly called Marshalls Farm on OS map.

Farmhouse. Early C19 with later C19 addition. Red brick, slate roof with stone coped gables and kneelers. 2 gable stacks. L- plan. 3 bay 2 storey front with corbelled out eaves. Central C19 door with open later C19 porch, flanked by glazing bar sashes. To first floor 3 glazing bar sashes. All openings have segmental heads. This was the Home Farm of Gautby Park.
