Newton Farmhouse is a farmhouse built in the late 18th century, with later additions and alterations. It features a red brick construction and a plain tile roof with raised verges and end stacks. The building has a T-shaped plan and stands two storeys high with an attic. The front has five windows, which are glazing bar sashes with segmental heads, and there are three gabled eaves dormers. The central entrance consists of a six-panel door with a rectangular overlight, which is situated under a late 20th-century gabled brick porch.
