Description

The Grange is a house built in the early 19th century. It is constructed of yellow brick and features a Swithland slate roof. The building is two stories high, square in plan, and has three bays. The central entrance consists of a six-panelled door set within an architrave that has panelled rebates, flanked by wide sash windows with 20 lights each. The upper windows are 12-light sashes, all of which have cambered brick heads. The side elevation includes outer canted bays and a central sash window in an architrave topped with a pediment. The roof is hipped with overhanging eaves, and there are axial stacks.
