Description

This is an early 19th-century house located on Clements Gate in Long Whatton. The house is constructed of red brick on a rubble stone base, with an old plain tile roof and a brick chimney between the front bays. It is two storeys high and has three bays. The gable end facing the road has two-light wooden casements; the lower window was renewed in the 20th century and is slightly wider than the original opening. The right-hand side of the house features a blind bay, a three-light horizontal sash window with a cambered head in the centre, and two two-light horizontal sash windows to the first floor on the right. A 20th-century door with a cambered head is positioned to the right of the centre bay.
