Description

Lavesley House is a former farmhouse dating from the early to mid-18th century, with alterations made in the 20th century. The house is constructed of coursed squared ironstone, with a glazed pantile roof and brick end stacks. It originally comprised two units, and has a two-storey, two-window front. A 20th-century gabled porch is located on the far left side. The ground floor windows are plate glass sashes with flat-arched heads, while the first-floor windows are plate glass sashes with wooden lintels. Stone-coped gables with kneelers are present. A lower, two-storey extension is located to the left, partly built of brick. The interior of the house has not been inspected.
