7/99 Valley Farmhouse

Farmhouse. C18 or earlier. Brick on ironstone plinth with new plain tiled roof. Two storeyed, 3 unit plan with one bay to left of doorway which has a 6-panelled door. Windows are all 2-light casements with cambered brick heads. The four upper windows are similar, and at their mid height, the original eaves line and wall plates are visible. Stack on right hand gable. Single storey outbuilding to left with 2-light casement window cut through extra width of ironstone rubble wall. Gable end stack. House has lower rear wing to west with 2-light casement windows similar to those of front elevation.
