Description

This is an early 19th century house located on the south-east side of Eastgate in Hallaton. The house is constructed of brick with a Welsh slate roof. It is two storeys high and has three bays. The central doorway is set within a moulded wood architrave, topped by a flat canopy supported on console brackets. The windows are 16-light sashes on the ground floor and 12-light sashes above the door, all with flat arched, gauged brick heads. Gable end stacks are present.
