Description

This is a late 18th or early 19th century building located on the west side of Knights End Road, Great Bowden. The facade is primarily red brick, although the south end wall is constructed from coursed stone rubble. It features a brick eaves cornice and a slate roof with end chimneys. The building is two storeys high and has two windows. The ground floor windows are early 19th century, 3-light casements with cambered head linings. A central door is accessed beneath a cambered arch. An old fire insurance mark is visible at the top of the north facade. The building occupies a corner location.
