Description

No. 1 Main Street is an 18th-century cottage. It is constructed of red brick with a Welsh slate roof, featuring a brick central ridge and brick stacks at the left end. The eaves have decorative brick dentil detailing. The ground floor has two centre-opening three-light casement windows with gauged brick lintels and painted keystones. A central door is formed of three planks. A two-storey extension is present to the left side, with a centre-opening three-light casement window on each floor; the lower window has a cambered lintel.
