Description

Rose Cottage is a cottage dating from the late 17th century to the 18th century, with alterations made in the 19th and 20th centuries. It features whitewashed brick and a thatched roof, which has a central brick ridge stack with two independent flues set diagonally. The building has one and a half storeys and includes three single-light 20th-century leaded light windows. There is a two-light eyebrow roof dormer above, and a 20th-century door and windows are located at the right end. Inside, the cottage has massive purlins.
