Description
Schofield Farmhouse is a mid-18th century farmhouse built of brick. It features a 20th-century concrete tile roof with two gable stacks and a ridge stack. The building has two storeys with garrets. The west front consists of four bays, with an off-centre doorway that has a straight hood supported by brackets and a part-glazed six-panel door. To the right of the doorway is a single three-light casement window with a cambered arch. To the left, there is a larger three-light casement window with a cambered arch, followed by a similar window. Above these, there are three three-light casements with wooden lintels. The south gable wall includes a first-floor brick band and a small single-light garret casement.
