Description

This is a bridge located on Church Lane in Rearsby, dating from the medieval period, possibly the 16th century. It is primarily constructed of granite rubble with some brick elements. The bridge is a low and narrow structure featuring seven arches: three span the stream, while four smaller arches accommodate the longer approach from the south. On the eastern side, there are three rounded cutwaters, two made of granite and one of brick. The low parapet is topped with brick coping.
