Description

'Brook Lynn' is a house built in the late 18th century. It is constructed of red brick with a plain tile roof and features brick gable stacks. The building has a dentil eaves cornice and stands three storeys tall. The symmetrical two-bay north elevation includes a central doorway with a wooden doorcase that has panelled sides and a dentil cornice. The recessed panelled door is flanked on each side by glazing bar sashes set under wedge brick lintels. Above, there are two similar windows, with two smaller similar windows located above those.
