Description

The Hall is a small country house, dating to the late 18th century, with additions of 1837 and 1887. The main fabric is brick, largely rendered with cement. A first-floor sill band runs around the building. The roof is hipped and covered in Welsh slate, with six ridge stacks. The 1837 section appears to be a three-bay block added to an existing 18th-century house, with further extensions to the west in a matching style in 1887. The house is two storeys high and has an irregular plan. The west elevation has seven bays, arranged as 2-2-3, with the central two bays slightly forward. A French door with a glazed overlight is located in the third bay from the right; otherwise, the ground floor windows consist of six glazing bar sashes, and there are seven matching windows above. Most of the windows have louvred shutters. The south elevation has three bays.
