Description

The building is a village pinfold or pound, possibly dating from the 17th century. It is constructed of coursed squared sandstone and features a small rectangular enclosure with walls approximately 4 feet high, topped with flat stone copings. The structure is partly open to the east and has an open ground area to the west, which includes 20th-century gates and railings.
