The former barn to Number 44, known as Ladyshawe House, is a building dated 1759. It is constructed of coursed stone and features a stone slate roof, which has been partially repaired with Welsh slate. The barn has a full-height cart entry and one window located above the door. This structure is included for its group value with Ladyshawe House.
