Description

Howcroft is a small farmhouse, likely from the 18th century. It is two storeys high and constructed of coursed stone with a stone slate roof featuring three chimneys. The front has three windows; the two outer ones have two lights each, while the center window has three lights and retains one original stone mullion. On the ground floor, there are two three-light windows and one two-light window, with one of the three-light windows also retaining an original stone mullion. There is a stone mullion accompanying a modern door. The windows are set in stone surrounds, which were outlined by paint at the time of the survey.
