Description

Woodland Terrace is an early to mid-19th century terrace range located on Derby Road, Matlock Bath. The terrace comprises numbers 19 to 25 (odd). The buildings are constructed of stucco and feature two storeys. Numbers 19 and 21 each have three sash windows with moulded architraves, and a moulded wooden doorcase within a plain surround, featuring a semi-circular head, keyblock, and wheel fanlight. Numbers 23 and 25 also feature three sash windows; however, number 25's windows lack glazing bars. These properties have six-panel doors throughout. The doorcases at numbers 23 and 25 are of stucco with a moulded wooden cornice hood supported on consoles and a rectangular fanlight. The terrace has plain eaves and is roofed with slates.
