Description

This is an 18th-century building on the south side of Market Place. It has a rendered facade with channelled details and a hipped slate roof. The building is three storeys high, featuring two sash windows with glazing bars on each facade. A modern shop front occupies the ground floor. A doorway, topped with a pediment and featuring a six-panelled door, provides access to the building. The south-eastern elevation, facing number 3 Market Place, has an overhanging top section that is now supported by modern wooden brackets. The building forms part of a group of listed buildings in Market Place.
