Description

Part of the Royal British Legion Headquarters, this late 18th century to early 19th century building is located on the south side of Market Place. It features a roughcast exterior and a roof that is banded with plain and fish scale tiles. The structure has three storeys and two windows with boxed frames, which do not have glazing bars. The 19th century style shop front now serves as Heng Bar, and includes a frame with end stops, a side door, and four reproduction arched panels that form windows, with wooden panels below. All the listed buildings in Market Place are part of a group.
