Description

No 45 on St John's Street is a late 18th-century building constructed of red brick, featuring coved stuccoed eaves and an old tiled roof. It has three storeys and three windows, with the upper windows having plain keyblocks. There are two later, partly stuccoed, three-light bay windows that are tiered over two storeys. The entrance is highlighted by a moulded wooden doorcase with a pediment and a rectangular fanlight that has Gothic glazing. No 45 is part of a group with Nos 51 (odd).
