Description
Pools Head Farmhouse is a late 18th-century farmhouse constructed of red brick, topped with a plain tile roof featuring brick coped gables and plain kneelers. The building has dentilled eaves and brick gable stacks. It stands three storeys tall with a three-bay south elevation that includes a central doorway with a 20th-century door, an overlight, and a 20th-century bracketed wooden porch. On either side of the doorway are glazing bar sashes set under segmental heads. Above, there are three similar windows, with the central one being slightly smaller, and three smaller windows above those, all under flat arches. To the right, there is a lower two-storey wing that is set back, featuring a single segment-headed doorway with a 20th-century glazed door.
