Description

No. 17 Buxton Road is an early 19th-century building constructed of red brick with a tiled roof. It stands three storeys tall and features one window on both the ground and first floors, which are large sashes with glazing bars. The top floor has a sash window with vertical glazing bars only, topped with a keystone. The entrance door is adorned with brackets that support a cornice, along with panelled pilasters and an architrave. This building is part of a group of listed buildings located on the east side of Buxton Road, marking the northern entrance to Ashbourne.
