Description

No. 5 St Mary’s Gate is an early 19th-century building, with stucco applied to an earlier timber frame, portions of which remain visible internally. The building is two storeys high with an attic. It features a three-light mullioned window fitted with 19th-century casements. A recessed door is set within a slight architrave, and there is a plain gable. A 19th-century shop front is also present.
