Description
Hall Farmhouse is an early 19th-century farmhouse located on the north side of Main Street in Scarcliffe. It is constructed from coursed squared sandstone with sandstone dressings and features a Welsh slate roof, which has ridge and gable stacks along with coped gables and plain kneelers. The building has two storeys and its south elevation consists of four bays. On the ground floor, there are three glazing bar sash windows with plain ashlar surrounds, flanked by two doorways, also with plain ashlar surrounds. The doorways have raised and fielded panelled doors topped with plain rectangular overlights. Above, there are four additional glazing bar sash windows.
