Description

Chevin Mill and the attached Millhouse are 17th to 18th century structures located on the east side of Chevin Road, set beside a mill pond. The buildings are L-shaped, constructed from brick and coursed stone rubble, with some parts colourwashed. They feature a tiled roof with a square louvred roof vent. An external stone staircase leads to a door framed by massive stone quoins. At the rear, there is a wheel pit. The Millhouse, which forms the eastern part of the complex, has an irregular arrangement of doors and windows, contributing to its picturesque appearance.
