Description

No. 36 Market Place is a late 18th century to early 19th century terraced house constructed of coursed stone, although the rear part is made of red brick. The building stands three storeys tall and features one window with sash frames that include glazing bars. There is a well-designed small shop window that also has glazing bars, complemented by an entablature with a cornice, frieze, architrave, and pilasters, with the cornice supported by scrolled brackets. The entrance has a plain door.
