The building is constructed of red brick and features a plain tile hipped roof with two brick ridge stacks and a coved eaves cornice. It has two storeys and a symmetrical three-bay southeast elevation. The central doorway has a glazed panelled door with a rectangular overlight, both set under a wedge lintel. On either side of the door are glazing bar sash windows, also under wedge lintels. The upper floor has three similar windows. Inside, there is a staircase with stick balusters.
