Description

The barn located to the rear of Vine Cottage is likely from the 17th or 18th century and has been converted into a dwelling. It is constructed from coursed rubble and features a corrugated iron roof that has replaced the original thatch. The building stands two storeys high and includes new openings on both the ground floor and first floor. In the gable wall, there are stone steps leading up to an upper doorway, which is framed by quoins, along with a window situated in the apex. The gable is characterized by large stepped stones.
