Description
Sunny Knoll is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of coursed rubble stone with quoins and stone dressings, topped with a Collyweston slate roof featuring stone and brick end stacks. The left-facing gable is stone-coped, with the front located to the right. The building has two storeys and features three 2-light casement windows with small panes on the upper floor. The ground floor includes a central 4-panelled door, flanked by a 1-light window to the left and a similar 2-light window on either side. The lintels above the windows have keystones. On the right end of the house, there is an extension or possibly an earlier outhouse, which has a brick upper section, a plain tile roof, and a brick stack at the right end. Additionally, there is a 3-light stone mullion window in the stone lower section of this extension.
