Description

Hillcrest is a large house, likely built in the mid 17th century. It features very finely coursed stone, almost resembling ashlar, and has a stone-tiled roof. The building is two stories tall with an attic that includes new dormers. It probably follows a three-unit plan. On the left side, there is a three-light ovolo moulded stone mullion window on each floor, followed by a renewed window on the ground floor, and a fire window above it. The doorway is framed with a stone architrave and has a four-centred arch. To the right, there are two additional three-light ovolo moulded mullions on each floor. The house has coped gables and features axial and right-hand gable stacks.
