Description

This sundial, located 120 meters southwest of the Warden's House at Hugh Stewart Hall, dates from around 1804. It is made of ashlar and features a baluster-shaped stem with a plinth and cornice, standing approximately 1 meter high on a square base. The dial plate was renewed in the 20th century. This sundial is part of the garden furniture associated with Lenton Hall and is included for its group value.
