Description

No. 12, Talbot Lane, is an early 19th-century stucco building. It has a plinth, a horizontal band, and a modillion eaves cornice. Wide pilasters are present at the ends of the building. The property is three storeys high and has three windows, each with sash windows and glazing bars. The front door features six fielded panels and a decorative, semi-circular fanlight. The roof is slate-covered, with gable ends. The building abuts No. 10.
