Description
This is a mid-19th century building located on the north side of Friar Gate. The building is constructed of red brick and stands two storeys high. It has three sash windows, each with a channelled lintel. On the right-hand side of the ground floor is a two-light shallow bay window. A plain doorway, topped with a cornice, is located on the left-hand side, alongside a later 19th-century shop front and a return side. The building has plain eaves and is roofed with slates. It is included on the listing for its group value with numbers 60A, 61 to 67 (consecutive), Chestnut House, numbers 66A, and 67A.
