Description

Nos 35 and 36 on Market Place are late 18th century buildings made of red brick, standing three storeys tall. They feature two bow windows that are tiered through all storeys, with one sash window located between them. The buildings have a modern attic storey and are adorned with moulded stucco bands at the sills and along the top. The ground storey, which previously had a sash window on the right, now has a modern shop front. These buildings, along with No 33, the Guildhall, and the Market Hall, form a cohesive group.
