Description

No. 11 Market Place is a late 18th century or early 19th century building, with a core that is likely older. It is constructed of red brick and stands four storeys tall. The front of the building has a slight double splay and features three sash windows, each with single glazing bars, set within painted stone architraves. The central window is adorned with a frieze and cornice. There are sill bands at each storey, and the building has a restored brick parapet topped with a stone cornice. A modern shop front has been added.
