Description

Alvaston Fields, located at No 103 Boulton Lane, is a former farmhouse dating from the 18th century. The building is constructed of red brick and stands three storeys high. It features three sash windows with plain lintels and keyblocks, along with two square stuccoed bays. The side elevation is also stuccoed, showcasing a plain doorway and a projecting bay on the ground storey that has large round-headed windows. The structure is topped with a moulded stone eaves cornice and covered with slate roofing.
