Description

The Farm is a modest farm cottage from the late 18th century or early 19th century, located on Markeaton Lane. The building is roughcast and stands two storeys high. It features three two-light wood mullioned casement windows and a doorway that has a plain rectangular fanlight above a four-flush-panelled door. The cottage has gabled ends, modillion eaves, and a tiled roof. It is included in the listing for its group value, as it forms part of a group with Home Farmhouse and The Green.
