Description

Eborn House, originally known as Leylands House, was built around 1840. It features engraved stucco and is two storeys tall, with a slightly projecting centre. The building has plain pilasters at all corners and five sash windows. There are stone Ionic columns in antis, with a divided door flanked by rushes. The eaves cornice and blocking course add to its architectural detail. To the left side, there is a two-storeyed wing that is set back, which includes two sash windows, one of which is tripartite, and a hipped slate roof.
