Description
This is a house, built in the early 18th century, with alterations to the second storey around 1800. The ground floor is constructed of dressed rubble, while the first floor is of stretcher-bond brick, partially rendered. The roof is covered with Welsh blue slate. The house has a direct-entry plan, with two main cells, and originally two windows to the first floor. The doorway has an architrave, flanked by double-chamfered mullioned windows with four lights. A window has been inserted to the right of the original doorway. The first floor has three windows, each with projecting sills. The gables are coped, and there is a stone stack on the ridge. Inside the second cell, a large spine-beam is stop-chamfered and features run-out stops.
