Description

No. 2 Low Moor Side is a house that may date back to the 17th century, with alterations made in the 19th and 20th centuries. It is constructed from coursed gritstone, which is mostly hidden by climbing plants, and features a steep-pitched stone slate roof. The building has two storeys, with the upper storey partly within the roof space. There are three windows, all fitted with 20th-century frames and large painted stone sills. The entrance for the former post office is on the left, with a modern porch on the right. The interior has not been inspected. This building is included for its group value.
