Description

This is a mid-19th century house situated at right angles to the road in Leeds, New Farnley. The construction uses coursed squared gritstone with a low-pitched stone slate roof, featuring shaped eaves brackets. The house has two storeys and three windows, each with a plain painted stone architrave and a four-pane sash window. A central doorway is topped with an overlight. Brick end stacks are present. The interior has not been inspected. The house is included on the list for its group value.
