Description

Number 25 Blenheim Terrace is a house that has been converted into a bank. It was built in 1867 and underwent alterations in the 20th century. The building is constructed of red brick with stone details and features a slate roof. It has three storeys and three first-floor windows. The entrance is located on the left side and includes a recessed door framed by a heavily moulded round-arched architrave, with a moulded plaque beneath the fanlight. The ground-floor windows are designed with shouldered arches set in moulded architraves, each topped with a carved keystone. The windows throughout the building are plate-glass sashes, while the upper-floor windows have segmental arches and keystones. The eaves are bracketed, and there are carved kneelers and gable copings, along with moulded stacks. The interior has not been inspected.
