Description
No. 30 Dock Street is a warehouse or workshop that dates back to around 1800 and was converted to offices around 1980. The building is constructed of red brick in English and random bond patterns, with a stone slate roof and a brick stack on the left side.
On the first floor, there is a central round-arched loading door that has been reduced to a window, flanked by two segmental-arched windows. All windows feature 20th-century flush sashes with glazing bars and stone sills. The ground floor has a central panelled door set in a wide round-arched opening, with one window to the left and two to the right, all framed similarly to the first-floor windows. There are tie-bar plates at the first and second-floor levels. The interior has not been inspected.
