Description

No. 12A on Clarendon Road is an early 20th-century house built in red brick with an English bond pattern and a slate roof. The building has two storeys, a basement, and an attic, featuring two bays in the Queen Anne style. There are steps on the right leading up to a panelled door that is topped by a deep segmental hood. The windows are small-pane with brick flat arches, and to the left, there is a two-storey canted bay window with a gable above. The house has end stacks. The interior has not been inspected.
