Description
The ice house and dovecote near the weir by Stank Beck, dating from around 1800, is constructed from hammer-dressed stone with a concrete-covered roof. This picturesque structure is circular and partially sunk into the hillside. It features a doorway with monolithic jambs and a door that has holes cut into it, along with a platform for a columbarium. The building has a projecting cornice and a domed roof. Nearby, a stream and an artificial cascade enhance the ornamental quality of the setting.
